Start with your favourite Gel Polish, curing it under a UV / LED Lamp (We Recommend GP071 – White).
Do not wipe the Gel Polish colour once cured.
Gently apply Lola Lee Neon Powder using an applicator.
Finish by applying a layer of top coat to encapsulate the Neon Powder.
Cure the completed manicure under a UV / LED lamp.
